Good Morning, We are saddened to hear that you feel our Customer Service is lacking and that we were not accommodating of your request. Having looked into the message that was sent, whilst the team member advised that we were unable to remove the shipping on bespoke orders, they did advise that some of our other bundles were available without Lamb but with free delivery. She also asked if you would like to speak to our nutritionist to try and establish the reason for the Lamb making your dog unwell and identify any allergies and solutions, which is a free service we offer. Unfortunately you didn't reply so we have been unable to work with you to try and find a solution that would work. If you would like to talk to us before you place a further order, we may be able to find a suitable bundle with free delivery and seek advice from our in-house canine nutritionist. Thanks for your reply. Firstly, I do not know why he was so poorly with Lamb - it was the first time he had eaten it, so I am assuming an allergy, but really not sure. I have no issue in talking to a nutritionist but I am not sure what else I can offer (information wise) I have looked at other bundles that you offer and although there are some which do not contain Lamb, they are not within the range that I want to order from - I only want to order from the Complete Range and as he is still young, I don't want to venture to Goat, Boar or any other Exotic meat, in case his stomach can't take it. If there is not another solution then I will have to keep paying for delivery but I still think it unfair when I am ordering so much in one go.

Good Morning, I am incredibly sorry to hear that your dog was not eating the food and that you felt the food was not the best consistency. I can see that you asked us for support and our Canine behaviourist has tried to reach you at agreed times on a number of occasions however has been unsuccessful.
