We can see that our team have been in on numerous occasions via social media and asked you to pop us an email with some additional detail, regarding these concerns, so that we can get this swiftly resolved for you.
Regretfully, we have not yet received any correspondence from you, and so we have not been able to help further, just yet.
Please may I also ask kindly, that you do not refer to our staff as silly. We are a very small, hardworking team, that will always do our best to help customers and are passionate about doing so.
In order to do this however, we do need to be given the opportunity to resolve errors, and log these for any future training that is required.
