We have taken a look into this for you and can see that you contacted us at 10.59pm on 11th October, regarding an order that had been incorrectly delivered by DPD.
We can then see that one of the team responded at 9.26am on 12th October, asking you if you would be happy for us to send a replacement order out right away, and checking a convenient delivery day.
Regretfully, we have not received a response to this email and so we have not been able to get this fully resolved for you.
