We can see that your order generated on 28th October, and that you contacted us on 29th October, to ask to cancel the order.
Regretfully, when you contacted us, your order had already been removed from processing and had been packed by our warehouse team.
As stated in our terms and conditions, we will always do our best to cancel orders, but these must still be in their processing category, to allow us necessary time to do so.
In regard to food making your dogs ill, we were very sorry to hear this and could not see any correspondence regarding this, prior to the cancellation request.
To provide reassurance, we have not received any further contact from customers regarding the food in your bundle and so we beleive this to be an isolated incident and perhaps a sickness bug. We are very pleased to hear that your dogs are now feeling better.
We take food concerns extremely seriously, and would always instigate a full investigation under these circumstances, even for an isolated complaint.
We would have been more than happy to pop you in touch with our in-house nutritionist, who may have been able to help further and ascertain what may have caused their illness on this occasion, so please never hesitate to contact us in the future, should you have any further concerns.
