Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you have been receiving damaged tubs in your order, this is certainly not the service we strive to provide.
Unfortunately, we cannot see that you have contacted us regarding these issues and so we have not been able to resolve these for you previously.
We always log any damage to orders in full detail, to identify patterns and ascertain why the damage may be occurring, as we understand this is not acceptable. We believe at present that this damage occurs whilst in transit with our delivery partners, but that does not mean we are complacent. We are carrying out a full packaging review as well, just in case any resolutions can be identified here instead.
