Thank you for your review. We do understand that you were frustrated with your recent experience. As we explained, you created a subscription, having had two others, and the order generated as requested in line with the subscription you created.
Unfortunately, you didn't make amendments to your subscription before dispatch and we were unable to stop this once it was with the courier. You did explain you wouldn't be home for a few days and wanted a refund, which we could not authorise as the order was already with the courier for delivery and due to this being a perishable item, we are not able to accept returns.
