Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for taking time to share your thoughts. This holiday is fundamentally a family adventure in the mountains. As such, we stay in small, quiet hamlets rather than towns such as Potes. I appreciate that you feel that Potes would have been more suitable for your family but we deal with many families and they have invariably been happier away from the hustle and bustle.

On a more general point about accommodation, we describe it (I think fairly) as "comfortable though not fancy." I haven't heard either inn being characterised as very basic before. Tollo in particular often comes out as people's favourite stay, on our inn to inn walks for instance.

I will admit to finding it disappointing that you make no mention of our taking care of paying for your second rental car when your flight was diverted at the start of the trip so you didn't have to worry about taking up the matter with your insurers or the airline.

Great that you enjoyed the guides.

It has been exceptionally warm and some of those days are long so well done for pushing on! The hotels are the nicest of any of our inn to inn walks, I personally love staying in all of them. As for Girona...fantastic gem of a place, it's great to hear that you appreciated it.
