Thanks very much for your feedback. We are so sorry you did not recieve the bird bath and were refunded. On speaking to you today over the phone we confirmed that the tracking stated a delivery had been attempting to the wrong address and was refused by the person. It was therefore returned to us and you were refunded. We apologise for this. You confirmed you have managed to find a bird bath from another company in between but you thanked us for phoning up to explain the situation. We hope this has not put you off using us again and we would love another chance.
