I would like to apologise on behalf of Quality Bearings Online for the delay on your order arriving to you. I have investigated this and I can see your order was shipped on the 4th of December with DHL. Your order wasn't delivered until the 18th of December which I understand is a long period of time. I can see that your parcel was forwarded to a third party agent and then faced some delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands as we are unable to contact third party agents to get the parcels released. At Quality Bearings Online, we offer a 1-3 day delivery service, which on this occasion I understand was not met. Therefore, I would like to refund the shipping cost on your order.
I will notify our accounts team of this and the refund will be processed. This may take up to 7 days to reach your account.
