Hello Ian, Thank you for your review. I have checked your order and see that it was placed in January 2022, almost 18 months ago. To clarify and correct the information you have provided in your review, the manufacturer advised us that the model was no longer in production and as we did not have any stock left, we issued a credit note to the full value of your purchase (£27.61) as you had successfully used the item for a long period of time. You weren't happy with this and demanded a replacement mouse which was over double the price you paid, unfortunately, this is not something which any company would accept and is certainly not in any breach of the sale of goods act which you mentioned.
