I am sorry to hear that two of the cupcakes had been damaged during transit. We have spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging to make sure our items arrive in a perfect condition and I am sorry this wasn't entirely the case for this order. I am glad to hear they were enjoyed regardless and we hope you choose to order with us again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, I am so sorry to hear that the parcel was damaged, had we known we would of course sent a replacement box as this is company policy. We have spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging to make sure our items arrive in a perfect condition so I am so sorry this was not the case. If you have any images of the cupcakes please do email them to yum@rachaelskitchen.co.uk and a member of our customer service team will be able to will look in this for you.
