Our records indicate you were offered a place on our FastTrack course which would have significantly sped up your training but were unable to accept due to existing personal commitments. Regarding the value of our training, with up to 76 hours of ‘in-car’ training with a current market value of in excess of £3,000 we strongly believe our training course represents excellent value for money. Similarly, with over 100 full time employed back-office staff (most of whom operate out of our HQ site in Billingham, Teesside or our state-of-the-art driver training centre based in Donington), all of whom work toward the benefit of our trainees, franchisees and learner customers, we believe this represents significantly better value for money than simply ‘stickers on a car’. As a self-employed, franchised business partner, you are free to choose your own working hours and I note from our records your diary is currently unavailable to receive any new customers from us at this time. I also note, you are currently not using our shared electronic online diary so that we may help and support you to efficiently operate your business and provide our shared learner customers with a high quality and value for money service.
