We can only apologise for this. We use an industry-leading email sending provider (SendGrid). Even so, on occasion, some are not received.

We forward clients' mail 3 times a week. We regret we can't dictate how long it takes to get to France as, once we post it, it is in the hands of Royal Mail and subsequently, La Poste.

Yes, we email clients whenever there is a (non-junk) letter for them. The content of the email changes according to the status of their account, so they know to add credits if they need to.
