I thought the tour was mostly well planned, the extra day would have been better used in Florence. The group size was enormous, I probably wouldn't have booked if I had known how huge it was.

The travel arrangements were good and my accommodation was excellent. The tour manager was really "laid" back and his comments funny. I enjoyed it all.
