Explained all aspects of trip thoroughly, made sure I understood everything. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the trip.
It was easy to do, all the info is there. If more people would use the website fewer catalogs would be needed, we could save RS a ton of money and save trees too!
