Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Yes, I basically gave up. Then when you asked me for my opinion, I gave it and tried again. As you can see by the dates, it worked that time. It was frustrating for me to have the website down for so long. I am not a computer person. Just wanted you to have the info. Looking forward to my first experience with Road Scholar. Your IT department called me and said there were compatibility issues between RS and Internet Explorer. They were working to solve the problem. I'd appreciate an email when they are resolved.

Thank you for your reply. We ask that for now you try using Google Chrome to view our website. If any issues persist with that browser feel free to let us know.
