Returns Policy, a full refund (including postage) and reimbursement of returns postage costs are only issued when a product is faulty or incorrect. As your Returns Form stated the product was "too small in the arm", this does not meet the criteria set out above. If you would like any precise measurements for items of clothing for any future orders, we would be more than happy to help prior to the order being placed.
