I didn't have to speak to anyone. I detest making phone calls and being left on hold listening to bad 'music' so I was delighted. It was easy to do.

It was so easy to do it on line, did miss out on free gift when I did my sign up and my husband,s sign up as forgot to put in TV50 code. But very happy about everything else.
