No email confirming my joining. The £50 MS voucher not valid when joined on line, yet the TV advert says ok. This is not good and doesn't give your Company a good name.

Thanks for your feedback, Robin. Our customer services team should have contacted you and explained that your M&S voucher will be sent to you after we’ve receiving four payments towards your policy. Your policy documents will arrive in the post and should be with you shortly if you haven’t already received them.
