Hi Susan, your order is shipped out via DHL under the airway bill MYBVJ2200000328 on the 19th of October and tracking link would be https://www.logistics.dhl/my-en/home/tracking/tracking-ecommerce.html?tracking-id=MYBVJ2200000328. As you've selected the standard delivery which would take 6-12 working days to be delivered instead of the expedited delivery of 3-5 days, there would be some delay for the parcel to reach you. Your parcel is currently in Montreal distribution centre so you should expect your parcel to be delivered by next week. As you've selected the standard delivery which would take 8-15 working days to be delivered to the UK instead of the expedited delivery of 3-5 days, there would be some delay for the parcel to reach you.
