As discussed via numerous emails, rugby boots are stringently inspected before they are despatched as our reputation relies on this and the same process is adhered to when a customer returns boots. The boots we received from you had been worn and the studs were dented. There was also mud in all the grooves of the studs. As discussed, we were unable to refund these boots as they were not in a saleable condition. On inspection of your returns form, where it asks customers to state the reason for the return of the boots, you did not say that the boots were received by you in a not perfect condition, or faulty, only that they were the wrong size. Our warehouse team operate under stringent guidelines and every item, especially rugby boots are checked for size and quality. Thank you. Best wishes. Rachel
