Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the service you received. We believe we went over and above to offer you the best service we could. On the phone I advised you that we do not stock larger than a 4XL at Rugbystore in this Canterbury jacket but I offered to ask our buyer to find out if we could order a 6XL from Canterbury (their largest size) and we were able to get one in for you the following week. As soon as this jacket was received, we contacted you to let you know that it would be despatched to you that day. I also sent you an email copying in the Royal Mail tracking information and advised you when your parcel would be delivered. I am surprised you were not happy with the service you received as you seemed happy with my efforts to help on the phone. We do hope to see you again at Rugbystore. Best wishes. Rachel.
