Further to reimbursing you for the postage, we were waiting for Royal Mail to return the shirt from the local delivery office. Unfortunately Royal Mail have not done this yet and we have raised an enquiry with them. In the meantime, as a gesture of goodwill on our part, we are delighted you are happy for us to send you another shirt which you will receive either tomorrow or the next day.
