Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately on this occasion we were let down by our delivery partners. As promised, in both emails to you, we had to wait until the delivery partner had classed the package as "missing" before we could claim for the package and issue a full refund. As soon as the package was declared as missing, we issued a full refund the next working day. We then emailed you again to let you know we had issued the full refund. We do apologise but this was outwith our control. Hope to see you again at Rugbystore. Best wishes. Rachel

We paid extra for 24 hour service and they did not arrive within 24 hours which caused some issues with training. The boots are great though.
