Thank you for taking the time to write your review. As discussed on the telephone (13 May), I explained that the order had not been processed because the payment had not gone through. Once payment went through (after we sent a payment link) the order had not been picked up and we apologised for this. As there was a delay in picking this up, we offered you a full refund if you'd like that or whether you would like the shirt posting that day. I did not hear from you (after trying to call and email) so I posted the shirt that day (13 May). My colleague, as a gesture of goodwill had refunded the postage to Australia for you on 14 May. I understand that you wrote this review before we had our last telephone conversation where I informed you the parcel had arrived in Melbourne and hope that we managed to rectify the situation. I do hope we see you again at Rugbystore and the present was well received, albeit late a few days late. Best wishes. Rachel
