Good to be able to speak to someone on the phone, very helpful and knowledgeable. Our cob has a big chest and neck so can be tricky to find a rug that fits well but after talking on the phone ordered

Service was good Article was not would take ages to fill Can only put small quantity of hay at a time would not recommend

Thank you for leaving us a review. I did e-mail you regarding the 1* rating you left for our service but never heard back unfortunately. I checked and you opted for our standard free service where you ordered on Sunday 1st September and the item was delivered on Tuesday 3rd September so better than the 2-4 working days we advise for this service. I did note that one comment was that service was good but only 1* rated? I was hoping that you would respond to my e-mail to advise what we could have done better as it is by getting this feedback we can strive to improve. Please feel free to respond to my e-mail if you would like to give any further information. With regard to the flex feeder - they are not designed to be hay feeders but more boredom breakers for the stable or when travelling. They are not advertised as 'hay nets'.
