As mentioned on the e-mail the two masks you purchased were from the horse/pony range and sale items as old stock we had found in the warehouse. We have donkey fly masks listed in the donkey section in 3 sizes and 5 colours which have ears and are designed for the donkeys. I e-mailed you several days ago after receiving this review but have not heard back. You have left us a 1* review here for our service but I have checked and it seems that we dispatched and you received on free standard delivery in less than the anticipated time so I wonder what we could have done on the service side to improve? We pride ourselves on trying to provide the best customer service we can so would welcome this feedback if you wish to reply to the e-mail. With regard to the product again I did ask on the e-mail the size/breed of pony to see if we could assist and also to advise that you were very welcome to send the item back for a refund but not heard back from you or received the goods.
