I checked our records and you received the products 2 days after ordering on the standard free of charge service which is well within the timescales we indicate. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer service we can it is by gathering feedback from customers that we can continue to improve. I e-mailed you about the feedback you have given on the fit as this is not typical feedback we get about our heavy horse range. You have responded and I have e-mailed you back to further assist but not heard back from you. If you wish to reply to that e-mail I am more than happy to try and help you get the best fit for your horses. Of course if you are not happy with the fit you are more welcome, as already mentioned, to return the rug for a full refund.

In your e-mail you had mentioned that you wished to purchase an XL but they were not in stock (these are sale items) and so had purchased a L to go with the rug. If it is not big enough then please do feel free to send back for a refund.
