With regard to the rug this is not feedback we have received but as mentioned on the e-mail happy to try and assist with sizing if you would like any help if you would like to reply on it.

Had to size down as first way way too big. Ears still came out of holes when she was grazing but a cooler rug for the hot weather

Thank you for the review. I did e-mail to try and assist on this as this is not feedback we have received but didn't hear back. The rugs go up in 3" increments and we aim our rugs to be within 1/2-1" max of rug size stated.
