How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Why is the compulsory insurance so expensive!!?? Why not optional as there are many other cheaper insurance providers, Safestore should be able to obtain a major discount for its customers!! Any news on petitioning the government to remove the recent VAT added to self storage?
