Great flooring. Order more than needed though as some will almost certainly be damaged in transit. I had 4 damaged boards from 4 boxes which I thought was okay

Hi, the message we had from you states everything was good with the delivery and we have no notice of damage. You mentioned 2 extra boxes to which I have sent over a returns form for. Please have this returned back to us ASAP if you wish to go through the returns process. My numbers are also on an email sent to you if you wish to call and discuss. Thank you for your feedback.

The service was ultimately good from the team at sale flooring direct but they were hampered by the courier service they used , who were not that great. They do answer the phone which is very good.

Great product at a reasonable price. Delivery made exactly on time and will reply to any queries promptly. Second time I've bought from this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
