Excellent product. Keeps water hot without having to boil the kettle every time you want a cup of tea.

So far it is working very well. Takes quite a while to boil up from cold in morning. Pleased that we ordered the largest one.

Reduces running cost

This is our second one. Cannot be without one. Constant hear and cheap to run.

It's good. Heats up quickly. Still learning all the features. Easy to dispense water. I use it to keep water hot enough to wash hands in a micro camper. Works well.

It stopped working after a week. Neither the pump or dispenser sensor would work. When I phoned, I was told to send it back for a full refund, including postage. I was only refunded the full item cost
