The mat works as expected. Problem with order. Grey striped mat sent instead of BLACK as ordered. No response from complaint.

Great functional mats, but........ The colours sent (stripey) are not what was shown in the catalogue. I have previously bought these & liked everything about them, but these ones are broader stripes
