Iberostar Club Boa Vista Hotel

The hotel's unique aspect is its fabulous location above one of Cape Verde's most acclaimed beaches, plus it offers a broad range of facilities, although we acknowledge you found a couple of areas a little less favourable. The Praia de Chaves is famed for its fabulous location and it's a shame the hotel itself didn't quite meet your expectations, although I do hope you nonetheless had a lovely time overall.

We do realise that for many previous guests at the former Iberostar Boa Vista, the style of the new management may not appeal as much as before and it's a pity you found the entertainment geared mainly towards the Italian market. Following a recent visit by one of our UK managers, we do know there are two entertainment teams, one of which speaks English - and there are also signs in English, so I'm sorry if this wasn't apparent during your stay. Nonetheless, we appreciate you taking the time to forward your observations and I hope you did enjoy your holiday in Cape Verde overall.
