Thanks for your feedback, Ms Tulloch - yes, I believe there were some temporary staff shortages but as you say, this is being resolved as I write. And of course, Ngala still offers everything it ever did, including the location, unique accommodation style and welcoming staff, as you rightly mention. Hope to see you back there again one day!
