It is true that the management has changed since last year, although, as I'm sure you know, the current manager was deputy manager for a good while before taking the reins. I know she would be happy to address any issues you may have during your stay and please do speak with her, or your rep, should there be any queries on future visits - which we hope you'll continue to make!

Thank you for your thoughts, Mr Harley. It's disappointing to hear you didn't enjoy the menu at Tamala, especially as many recent guests have praised the food. With regards to the drinks, we were aware there had been some supply issues with drink mixers early in the season, and I'm sorry if this recurred. I'll forward your observations about the glass door separating the toilet from the room to our product team and thank you again for your comments.

We're delighted you've enjoyed the Ocean Bay over the years and it's a shame that the overbearing guard caused you some uneasiness on this occasion. Usually they're spot-on, but I'm sure the management or our rep would have a had a quiet word with them if they had been aware.
