Reps in the Gambia are on the side of the hotel but seam to get better responce back home ( not much good when your 6000 miles away)

This was the third holiday booked with Gambia Experience and from the booking made by phone to the actual holiday itself all went well and there were no problems at all.

The Bakotu hotel was very friendly and relaxing. It could do with some updating especially in the outside areas used for birdwatching but on the whole it was a good stay there.
