Thank you for your feedback and we hope you enjoyed your holiday overall. Many Gambian hotels are taking steps to freshen up their decor following the Covid downturn, and the Senegambia is one of them. What won't change, though, is the amazing wildlife within the grounds, the convivial atmosphere and the great location.

Our feedback for the Palm Beach generally ranges from good to excellent, so naturally, we're disappointed to learn about your experience, Mrs Cleaver. Our representatives are always on hand to assist with any customer issues and our weekly report doesn't show any queries at the time of your stay. Nonetheless, we will of course pass your observations to our resort office, and I do hope you were able to enjoy some aspects of your visit to The Gambia.
