I am sorry you were unable to change the second week of your holiday and continue your stay at the Kairaba Hotel. As the hotel was full, this was not possible. It is also disappointing you did not like the Kombo Beach Hotel and therefore decided not to stay for your second week. The cost of the move includes cancellation charges and the difference in price between the Kombo Beach and the Ocean Bay. I will write to you separately with a breakdown of the cost.

My only complaint really is the airline monarch that you use is terrible no space, poor staff, and on the way back very dirty seats and trays also mine was broken.
