We never saw anyone from Gambia Experience as we got a taxi to and from the airport?

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to read your stay at the hotel fell below your expectations, especially the quality of the food. Regarding your comments about prostitution, I will raise this with our Resort Manager and ask her to discuss this issue locally with the hotel managers. I do hope you will consider visiting The Gambia again.

Everything was excellent apart from the flight which was grim and a decidedly 'budget' experience which didn't match the rest of the holiday.

The Gambia Experience is exactly as their name says. They have a very good office and staff in the Gambia, and will do anything they can to make their guests comfortable and happy.
