The welcome meeting was pretty poor, lasting only about 10 minutes and did not really give much insight into the hotel or the Gambia.

I am glad you liked the location of the hotel and found the staff friendly, but sorry you were disappointed with the welcome meeting and had some issues with the hotel. I have asked our Resort Manager to discuss your feedback with the hotel locally.
