Thanks for your feedback and for flagging a couple of issues, which clearly affected your holiday for which we are sorry. I have raised both points with the new General Manager, Jenny, and I am hopeful they will not happen again. Jenny only started work at the hotel two weeks before you travelled and has since changed a number of practises including checking the pool each day. I do hope you will reconsider that 3rd trip.
