The service from the representative was faultless and out stays at both Ngala Lodge and Mandina were absolutely great.

Very good overall but we were still harangued by the bus staff for tips both coming from and going to the airport. They were borderline aggressive.

We were late for his meeting because we could not get into our room. We had to get our keys re programmed five or six times on one day. Everything else about the place was very good indeed. The staff are great and they are always willing to help and have a chat.

The Gambia Experience is a highly efficient and professional tour company. I found the booking staff exceptionally helpful and can't praise them enough.
