Gambia Experience as a Company is excellent. However, I think you are badly let down by Thomas Cook Airlines. Additional leg room seats purchased in advance were not available on return trip and only after an argument at check in did we get our pre-booked seats on the outbound journey. Aircraft dirty, limited facilities although the crew were helpful. When can we have a decent plane from the Midlands with the option to upgrade? Too far to go to Gatwick. I think Gambia Experience will start to lose customers unless they look into this. Many people on our flight were complaining.

I am sorry to note your experience with Thomas Cook was not a good one and we understand the frustrations that are sometimes caused. We are always looking at our flying programme for new opportunities, especially regional airports including Manchester and Bristol. Let’s hope we can offer more flying the future.

Good service at the Airport pick up and drop offs. Excellent service from hotel rep & excellent service from Kabba the rep from West Gambia Tours during our excursions

Although we book our hotel ourselves, at every step of our holiday Gambia Experience were efficient , very friendly and polite, We would recemend travelling with them to all our friends.
