Although I booked on line (which was a simple process), I met several reps whilst on holiday and was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and interest in their holidays.

HELPFUL. EFFICIENT, NO DECEITFUL HIDDEN CHARGES. A SMALL THING, LIKE A COMPLIMENARY LOCAL SIM CARD, SHOWS THIER ATTENTION TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL. MONARCH ARE ALSO AN EXCELLENT CHOICE OF AIRLINE
