Staff are always pleasant,efficient and knowledgable, both in the UK and in The Gambia. Brochure well put together and reasonably accurate.

I think is a perfect service and they are really good and accommodating with all the troubles that they are faced with from the passenger and at destinations their reps are brilliant.
