We loved the villa, especially the view. Very peaceful. You can walk into town but it's a very hilly 2km!
Lots of great restaurants and bars in San Pantaleo.

Villa Filippa is a beautiful villa and is as described on our website nestled on a hillside, therefore some 'hilly' walks are to be expected. The benefit of a hillside location is as you mentioned; the stunning view! We're sorry to hear you experienced some mouse droppings during your stay. Sadly, due it's rural location this can happen, although very rarely which is reflected in the other reviews having no mention of this. We have been made aware that the owners have since resolved the issue. We are so pleased you otherwise loved the villa.

Beautiful villa with plenty of space. The views were amazing out across the pool to the bay.
Excellent pool for adults as the water is a good depth - might be less good for small children.
