Due to the nature of shared transfers, the shuttle may make multiple stops to accommodate other passengers, which can extend the overall travel time. We regret that you found the service unclear and difficult to find at the airport. We will review our signage and instructions to ensure they are as clear and helpful as possible. Regarding the time schedule and details about stops, we aim to provide accurate information; however, shared shuttles do have variable times depending on passenger pickups and drop-offs.
