Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are glad you liked your chalet. With regards to the service, cleanliness and childcare team, it's a shame to read on your poor experiences. I understand someone in our office has been in contact with you regarding this. With the vast majority of our previous guests speaking highly of our chalets, service and childcare, there is nothing to suggest our high standards have slipped. Having said this, we'll take your feedback on board as we look to continually fine-tune, refine and tweak our programme each season.
