Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. It's good to read that there were many good elements of your holiday. It's a shame to hear you booked your holiday on a week where the resort hadn't fully opened all of the lifts. As you know, we offer a shuttle service to nearby Avoriaz on the rare occasion that some of the slopes are closed whichreceives positive feedback from previous guests. However, we are sorry that this wasn't the ski-in/ski-out holiday you'd been looking forward to. We hope you choose to travel with us again next season to make the most of one of our ski-in/ski-out chalets.
